Our 2023 Upskilling the HR Profession: Building Data Literacy at Scale research undertook a detailed view into how organisations build literacy at scale. While there are many aspects of building a data-driven culture in HR, upskilling HR professionals themselves is a major component. And to do that, focusing on the four elements, outlined in our research.
